Youth Pastor Position.

Full-time position, 44 hours per week

Christian Fellowship Assembly (CFA) located in Grande Prairie, Alberta is seeking a spiritually mature and energetic individual. CFA is committed to a philosophy of preparing and equipping youth for life and ministry through a vital relationship with our Lord Jesus. CFA is seeking a person who will help to facilitate the introduction of ‘Faith at Home’ in our youth programming. The successful applicant must be able to work as part of a team on several levels.

Candidate will need to be:

• Able to engage, collaborate and work with youth & their families
• Able to attract and equip teams for ministry
• Able to get things done through others
• Innovative and creative
• Self motivated and accountable
• Coachable, taking direction & feedback
• Organized
• Able to plan & execute successful programs and events
• Committed to learning and enhancing skills
• Mature, wise and showing good judgement.

Position requires candidates with sound Biblical/theological knowledge and training. A mix of training and experience will be considered. Salary is negotiable depending on experience; includes FCA Plus benefit package.
