Day two of the FCA Convention in Toronto started out with a challenging and encouraging word from David Macfarlane who gave us 10 Guidelines To Finish the Race so that burnout doesn’t happen to you.
There was a powerful time of prayer ministry as ministers responded to this call to finish the race.
That morning there were some great workshops followed by a delicious luncheon and a productive business meeting that afternoon. Jim Reimer was recognized for his service as Fellowship Elder and will continue to serve in FCA Canada as an Elder Emeritus. The move to have a Fellowship Pastor passed with an overwhelming majority and Glen Forsberg was later recognized and affirmed as the Fellowship Pastor for the FCA Canada. That night Glen Forsberg and the returning two Fellowship Elders who were up for re-election, Glenn Breitkreuz and Paul Reich, were prayed over.
That evening we participated in a beautiful time of worship and dance.
The day concluded with a powerful word from Dr. Charles Price and a great response to God’s presence and God’s word in prayer.
You can catch all of that, except for the luncheon and ministry times anyway, right HERE.
